VPHCAP organized the 6th Food Safety and Zoonoses Symposium for Asia Pacific: Current Update on Emerging Pandemic Diseases and Food Systems with the aim of encouraging, strengthening, and generating innovative knowledge through collaboration among experts, government agencies, the private sector, academic scientists, and graduate and doctoral students from the Asia Pacific region and beyond.

The training course on "Food Safety and Security from Animal Origin: Strengthening the Network for Sustainability"
Recognizing the critical link between food safety and food security, VPHCAP organized the short course “Food Safety and Security from Animal Origin: Strengthening the Network for Sustainability.” The course aimed to build and exchange knowledge and skills on food production, safety along the food chain, surveillance and monitoring, and international food regulations. More than 30 participants from 13 countries joined the online program, which combined lectures, practical training, and field-based learning experiences.
