This initiative, under the Food Safety: CMU Project, represents a collaborative effort by VPHCAP and partner faculties to ensure safe and hygienic food for students, staff, and the wider community. It emphasizes CMU’s role as a model university in promoting public health, sustainable urban living, and consumer safety.
