
The Veterinary Public Health Centre for Asia Pacific (VPHCAP), in collaboration with the Excellent Center of Veterinary Public Health and the OIE Collaborating Centre for Capacity Building in Veterinary Services, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, organized the Stakeholder Workshop on Food Production from Farm to Consumers using One Health and EcoHealth Network as part of the project “Safe Food Production from Farm to Table through Thai and ASEAN Ways.” The workshop was held on 5 April 2018 at Kantary Hills Hotel, Chiang Mai.


The event brought together stakeholders from slaughterhouses, food processing plants, and government agencies to brainstorm and discuss applicable regulations on food production, certification systems, and the development of trilingual educational materials for processing line workers.
A total of 26 participants from slaughterhouses, processing plants, and government sectors attended the workshop.
