

Dr. Chalita Jainonthee, representing the Veterinary Public Health and Food Safety Centre for Asia Pacific (VPHCAP), Chiang Mai University, participated in the Workshop of the WOAH Platform for the Training of Veterinary Services, held at WOAH Headquarters in Paris, France, on 10–11 December 2025.
The workshop brought together WOAH Collaborating Centres from different regions to exchange experiences and contribute to the development of the WOAH competency-based training system, with discussions focusing on veterinary competencies, innovative learning technologies, digital platforms, and future directions for global capacity building.
Participation in this workshop reflects VPHCAP’s continued commitment, as a WOAH Collaborating Centre for Veterinary Services Capacity Building (Asia, the Far East and Oceania), to supporting WOAH Members through education, training, and innovation in veterinary public health.
